I purchased this phone last year it's more than what I expected and then sum...I like it too much specially since I've dropped it a handful of times and still it's holding g itself together

pros:
- headphone jack!!! im glad at least some companies arent cutting headphone jacks from their budget phones...
- microsd card slot!!! hard to find on phones these days. yaaaaayyy!!! (although i wish i didnt need to eject the sim tray to access it...)
- inexpensive, pretty good value
- easy to repair!!! screen, headphone jack + charging port, and battery are easy to replace :3 though samsung doesnt sell replacement parts :(
- battery life is great!! when i first got it a full charge would last 2 days, now it's only like one day but that's good enough for me. it does charge slow, but i think the battery life makes this excusable 👍 also the slow charging will preserve the lifespan of the battery
- big screen makes it easier to type, also the screen looks pretty nice for not being oled, though its a little blue tinted
- supports the wireless carrier i use :D
cons:
- NOT oem unlockable... would be excusable if this phone had stock android, but oneui core is really bad...
- camera is not all that good, and if you move the phone slightly after taking photos they turn out blurry + it takes a while for the photos to process after their taken, even with image quality on the lowest setting. not very good for dog pictures...
- screen is unresponsive, may be a common issue since ive seen other people say the same thing :/ it will lock up and the only way to get it to work is to turn the screen on and off. my screen isnt even damaged
- the back of the phone has a texture that makes it slippery, so it falls out of my hand with no case, but with literally any case, the phone becomes too big to put in most pants pockets...
- too much bloatware. too much samsung apps like "ar emoji" and "modes and routines" that are unnecessary but can't be removed. also theres duplicates of essentially the same apps: google and samsung internet, google messages and samsung messages, onedrive and google drive, etc. you cant delete them either, which takes up too much of the already limited storage. plus, it comes with WAY too many apps that you can uninstall, but its really annoying. all this is just a samsung thing though.
- fingerprint reader is annoying. it doesnt work when i want to unlock my phone, but the one time i want to just go to the lock screen, it unlocks my phone
- on android 14, elements of the ui were updated in a way that makes them harder to see on dark mode, especially if you have reduce transparency and blur turned on. the contrast between ui elements is too low...
conclusion:
good value, and phones with headphone jack + sd card slot + user repairability are hard to find, so im glad this phone has all those features. unfortunately this phone is kind of ruined by samsungs software...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible product!

This phone chooses when it activates when you touch the screen. It will not activate in the middle of typing for no reason. It is the most annoying thing to the point I am considering getting a new phone. I hate this product so much I am actually writing a bad review on it which I never do. I am very disappointed and feel like this product should be recalled.

This is slowest most unresponsive phone that is been my great displeasure of using. This phone is riding on name recognition and not quality. This is one of the products that is put out and the quality is shameful. This and the rest of the product line have fallen into the trash category. I will not support your products with consumerism every in the future..lost a lifetime customer shame on you

This product has amazing features with good perks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung phone! It has cool perks including amazing zoom in pictures and different modes. I love the 10 zoom my phone has. Not only that but it works quickly and it's very simple to use. I love to watch Netfix and Crunchyroll on it! I'm a big anime fan and my phone helps with it. I also love reading the Bible on my phone it's so easy and great to use!

The great issue in this phone is the battery life

It contains just one speaker , so it doesn't have stereo speaker
It's good to mention that the battery is very good within web browsing over Wi-Fi and videos also in addition to stand-by mode
I noticed that charging speed is so long with more than ( 2 ) hours
Also no ultrawide camera

Excellent alternative to the elite S series! Though the lowest of the 3 Tiers of "budget" devices, I am overall pleased with the quality of this device. It is sturdy, yet looks nice. The display is still very good and the overall performance isn't really a night and day difference from a Galaxy S. If you are familiar with the Tab A7 Lite, this phone is BETTER! Faster and brighter! The ONLY complaint I have is that it charges sooooo slowwww. I thought it was defective so I returned it for a replacement... Nope, it's the design. Despite it being advertised as 15W charging (which doesn't sound too different from the S22's 25W), it is SLOW like WOAH. It charges at less than 1A average so if at 42%, it will take approx 4 hours to each 85%. Like, why??? I would say if you use this as your daily, it is probably one of the very few devices you can leave plugged in overnight. Otherwise, carry a charger with you in your pocket and plan to plug in cause it'll never charge otherwise. HOWEVER, if and when you DO get it charged, it does have excellent battery life! I hope this review helps someone!
