Not what I expected at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am surprisingly very unhappy with my Samsung Galaxy A14 5G. I only use it for personal use like social media, taking personal photos etc. The device lags a lot it is very slow. Also the battery is not good. They say there is "fast charging" but it takes forever to charge and the battery does not last long at all. Another thing the camera is not as good as I thought it would be. I'm all around very unhappy with this device!

WIth regards to the charging, the fast charging speeds will require a charger that produces the proper amount of wattage. A fast charger is typically 15W or 25W for the desired speeds. If you are experiencing some slowness, you can also explore options to expand the storage capacity. This device allows for both physical storage expansion, using a micro SD card, and digital cloud based storage expansion. Great phone for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has a very long lasting battery which could easily last 2 days. The screen is also very big which makes it better for viewing social media content. The phone also has a decent camera which does a fairly good job at taking pictures of still objects or people. The colors are also mostly accurate on the photos. The front selfie camera is also pretty good as it has pretty good detail. Overall, this is a well rounded phone.

The durability of the phone is impeccable
