Room for improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Battery is less than ideal, I've had this phone for under a year and the phone discharges from 100 to 25% within a few hours despite advertised battery life.

I love this phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung for pretty much everything. I listen to music, play games, watch television, and keep tans on my children.
I use it at work as well. I'm a server so I use samsung Notes to take my orders at tables so I'm not using a bunch of paper. It allows me to save my orders and go back and look at them easily. It keeps me organized in a major way.
This phone is also very durable. I'm a clumsy person I can't help it I just am and I have dropped my phone a million times and my screen is still in tact with no cracks or scratches. That's by far the best part of this phone. It also is not a phone you can have system issues with because it won't allow it. If you forget to shut your phone off and restart it every once and a while like I do this phone will remind you. It does system updates and checks at least once a week. Its a great phone.

The camera is excellent and storage space is great

Phone expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just recently bought this phone after my Samsung S21 was giving me proof since I got a deal for the Samsung A14 but now my new phone is giving me a lot of problems one thing the screen is delayed my sound goes out the I have to reset my phone numerous times my 10.
