Easier to handle than my A11

Frequently locks up. Microphone often ships off.

When using anything that involves the microphone expect it to shut off numerous times.
The phone freezes and locks up often. A Soft reset is often needed to unfreeze it.
The only plus to this phone is it does have good cameras. I would not buy it again & I would not recommend anybody to buy it.
For a new phone of 3 months that's in good shape it does not have a trade in value.

Smooth scrolling ease of access

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound on this product is extremely well. It's a easy to figure out phone. A easier phone for Seniors. Free Samsung app is really cool. It's also fast charging. I would highly recommend to friend and relatives.
