I got what I paid for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this phone "free" for porting my number to my new carrier. They said free, however, I pay monthly and cannot upgrade until it has been paid in full, so can you really call that free?? Anyways, the phone is great as far as all of the Samsung options I love. I just can tell the difference between my Galaxy S phones compared to the Galaxy A. The battery dies fast and sometimes dies while its plugged in. Lately, when I plug it in, it flashes the lightning bolt circle showing it is plugged in over and over and won't start charging sometimes as long as 20 minutes. Right now I'm plugged in, its at 7% and was at 10% when I started writing this review. So I'm not happy with this phone so far and want to get another S series...

Phone quality

Worst phone I have ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the most important feature for a phone would be the ability to make phone calls. 5g performance is so horrible I had to disable it. 4g 50/50 chance of connecting on the first try. WiFi calling can only speak on speakerphone otherwise other party cannot hear me. I am bombarded by notifications for Samsung apps,deals,equipment.
Guys,Gals,Theys,Thems, the other stuff is useless if the one basic function of a phone is overlooked. This phone has completely missed the mark in its one most important job which is to MAKE PHONE CALLS!! It will take plenty of convincing for me to purchase another Samsung product.

This product is essential in my life.

To conduct video calls, phone calls, text messages, and emails with the students I work with and my three daughters. 2. To keep up with the news, be informed, and be entertained by watching YouTube videos and sports highlights orluve streams on various platforms.
My phone has served me excellently in both capacities. Without my Samsung Galaxy, I would not be able to serve my students as well, or even make a living doing what I do. It is the one essential object in my work and life.

Too Slow, Freezes, overheats

Too slow. Freezes. Can't do 2 things at a time. overheats, the screen flickers on and off and at times does not turn on. Terrible overall. Pay more for a better phone!
