[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my phone it's just sometimes the updated cause problems. Like when you can back out of a GPS screen unless you restart. Or the phone keeps sending vid chat requests even though you just called the person without video. And then it hangs up. Or when you make a call and GPS shrinks and won't come back... Just fix the os updates.. Jeez it's 2023 things things shouldn't be a problem.

My new galaxy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My phone was stolen and I replaced it with the A14 5G. I have had no problems navigating the settings or my favorite apps. The features are great compared to my taken android and besides losing valuable pictures and memories. I am glad the luck had such a better phone in my possession. I would recommend a Samsung to anyone as their next product
