If you are experiencing difficulty with the display not responding to touch, you can enable the touch sensitivity feature in your settings app. This setting is especially helpful if you are using a screen protector with your device. The freezing you mentioned may be helped by expanding the storage capacity of your device through a micro SD card up to 1TB. I have always been a big fan of Samsung but this has been a real upgrade for me.its so easy to use my kids learned how to use it better than me and I really enjoyed that.

I've dropped my phone alot and it still works. The screen is cracked however, It's gotten wet and still works. Overall I like this phone I would buy it again.
