Horrible phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The slowest phone ive ever had in my life. Many apps dont work on the phone because the specs are so low. The phone constantly freezes and needs to be restarted.

Doesn't have simple features.

Hands down the worst phone I've ever bought, terrible processing speeds, and it doesn't have simple features such as screen mirroring, absolutely insane. Don't buy this garbage phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for reaching out about your Galaxy A14 5G. If you've noticed your phone is running slower than usual, there are some steps you can take to improve its performance. Clearing out the RAM can significantly boost your device's processing power. Is your device acting glitchy and slow? Cleaning up your device's memory can improve its performance. From Settings, swipe to and tap Device care. Tap memory, and then tap Clean now to free up memory by stopping background apps. If you'd like to keep certain apps running in the background, you can tap Excluded apps and add your preferred apps to the list so they do not get closed when you use this feature. Tap Clean now on Battery and device care. A more thorough way to clean the phone's memory is to reboot it occasionally. You can restart the phone any time by swiping down from the top of the screen using two fingers to open the Quick settings panel, and then tapping the Power icon. Tap Restart and then tap Restart again. If necessary, you'll need to enter your PIN or password when the reboot is complete. You can also have the phone reboot automatically, such as late at night when you won't be using it. From Settings, swipe to and tap Device care. Tap Auto optimization. Tap the switch next to Restart when needed. This will restart your device to keep things running smoothly. This includes closing background apps and cleaning up your device's memory. You will need to unlock your phone with your credentials after the Restart. Also, you can Screen mirror from your device. A link to a YouTube video will be provided to demonstrate how you can get that set up. I bought a Galaxy A14 Dec 5 2023. I absolutely hate this phone. It freezes up all the time. It passes me off to no end. Do not buy this phone. It's a big headache. Again I HATE THIS PHONE.

I LOVE THIS PHONE

The money is worth the samsung device and the features that come with it its so easy to contact customer service threw samsung the tutor is great anytime you don't know what you are doing just let them contect and they will guide you right threw everything I think this is a phone that seniors could use if they ran into any problems because samsung tutor is there to help just let them access your phone and let them do the work while you watch step by step and learn how to operate it its a very easy phone love how it has so much security on it live TV is awesome as well just pick up your phone were ever you are airport car business trip and watch all the channels you love for free on live tv love how heavy the phone is in case you drop it the box of the phone has alot of protection I have dropped my several times maybe over 200 until finally the glass broke I have dropped it that much! this is a phone I recommend to anyone it also has the device care that allows you to press the button to clean the device and check for problems malware battery problems the battery is great I don't have to charge until later on at night it doesn't matter how long you are on the phone the pictures camera are so clear the editing of the pictures are awsome thank you samsung keep up the great work!!
