Nice features Galaxy A14

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a Geandma and trying to keep up with technology. I am also on a budget. So I was offered an upgrade, I accepted this NICE phone. It's 5g, fast and has many cool features. The battery keeps it's charge pretty good. I can connect to my car for hands-free calls or listening to my favorite tunes. So far so good. Thank you!

Device good but could use Improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am searching for a way to combine my call log history because it becomes excessive and chaotic to have the same contact over and over again at different times on your call log and I cannot figure out how to do that on this phone. Also screen and not very sturdy and breaks real easy. I have another phone I will not say what brand but I've dropped it various times and the screen is not broken and I'm sure that there's another material that could be used besides glass for the phone screen some type of plastic or a combination of plastic and glass I don't know but you drop it one time and it's over.

It's Waterproof!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I my washed my Galaxy A14 not once but TWICE (not on purpose) in the washing machine and it STILL WORKS! Screen had a few water bubbles under the glass but stuck it in a bag of rice for a day or so. Dried it right up. Everything works expect the camera. I'm still able to multi-task between my Email, word, excel, download, edit, send with a breeze. Can even slept the screen. To where you can have two different tasks on one screen without slowing it down. I would choose my galaxy over an IPhone any day!
