Love my Galaxy A14 5G! But, so sensitive to touch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed using my Samsung Galaxy A14 5G! Of course, Samsung makes fantastic products and is always my first "go to" brand whenever I purchase new technology. From a Smart TV to a Smart Phone, I've always been so happy with how user friendly Samsung products truly are; and the A14 5G is no exception. I'm not a techno genius, but I get by, and I was astonished at just how easy it was to link my A14 5G to my Samsung Smart TV! So far, so good and easy to operate.
I only have one issue with my A14 5G and that is how sensitive the touch screen is. Often while typing on an app, another open app or the drop down menu will appear and I can't figure out why this is happening so often. I've tried, but so far, no solution.
If there is a simple fix, I'd like to know what it is. Otherwise, wouldn't change a thing!

My first thoughts on the Samsung A14 5G

The A14 5G serves as my go-to for occasional Twitch streaming, where it is very reliable, connectivity and bug-free performance. It's a budget-friendly option for those unable to invest in a brand-new phone at the moment. I appreciate the regular updates that boost its features, and the tactile sensation and build quality of this Samsung model. Additionally, I rely on the A14 5G for communication across a variety of platforms such as Discord, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

We bought three

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our nonprofit needed an affordable mobile device on which to install our event ticket barcode scanning application. In order to scan barcodes on printed tickets as well as those displayed on other screens, the device required a high quality camera. We also required NFC connectivity for scanning RFID chips in our membership cards and employee passes. We needed wifi to connect to locally networked servers. We needed a device that would last a few years, with reliable anticipation of Android operating system updates. 5G wasn't a requirement, but to leave all options for full utilization of this device on the table, it's important to have available.
Oh... and we needed three! These specs were challenging to satisfy without spending a fortune. But the Galaxy A14 fit perfectly! Plus we were able to reuse the Samsung Galaxy product line, minimizing training requirements for staff. And the battery is exceptional too.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it to stream hulu prime and YouTube videos and it's super fast for a great price...it also has 3 cameras for many diff angles I've had it for a year now and don't have any complaints
