Best Phone I've Ever Had

I haven't had an issue with it. I absolutely love this phone, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good, affordable phone.

Wifi issue

Wifi connection gets interrupted, it gets connected then after 3 minutes connection it gets loss.

One troubleshooting step you can take is to reset your Wi-Fi network settings by following these instructions:
1. Open **Settings**. 2. Tap on **General management**. 3. Select **Reset**. 4. Choose **Reset network settings**. If you're having issues with your mobile connection, select **Reset mobile network settings**. For problems related to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, choose **Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings**. 5. Tap **Reset settings**. You might be prompted to enter your security credentials. Finally, tap **Reset** to confirm.

I love the way my a14 5g restarts all the time ! especially during Important phone calls. the screen brightness going dim on its own every 3 min is also a bonus! no matter if you disable all automatic dimming it will still dim the screen for you ! wifi hotspot on this phone is sure to force restart your a14 several times before it will actually work !! GOOD TIMES.!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

2 paper cups and a long string would be better!

I've had this phone for about 6 months. I would have better luck with 2 paper cups and a long string. This phone has it's own mind. If it wants to open an app it does it, I don't even have to be touching it. I have clicked on the clock app and the news app opens. I have literally had things happen on this phone that I don't even know how to make happen. The other day I couldn't hang up the phone because the button wouldn't work. I've dialed numbers and couldn't connect because the button wouldn't work. I've dialed numbers where you have to press 1 for this and 2 for that and the option I needed didn't work. Before I got this one I had one just like it and had to send it back for another because calls kept getting disconnected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
