Phone is horrible

Good phone for the price

Would not recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung Galaxy A14 kind of suck for streaming for pretty much anything. I guess it's okay for somebody not going to care if they have service half the time or not I have to keep turning on my airplane mode and then back off just to get service sometimes and then also sometimes it'll say I don't have a SIM card and I do. Another thing when I'm trying to message someone it will pop up that my keyboard needs to be updated but it doesn't. This phone has a lot of cons I should have looked at before buying.

This is like the ghetto Samsung phthe world needs update because I use it for work. No Samsung phones I've had so far. Work excellent for work except this one.

Bad battery type

Was supposed to be free... but i ended up paying money for this device. All about 5 months ago. This phone is beyond for the grave. Battery died completely and wouldnt turn back on after the first week. The camera is wack, runs really slow in town and out, and the battery is the weekest part of this device! This product is a waist of time and resources! Especially if you using it for only 2 apps. Very frustrating for the working class... if you turn it in youll just get another in the mail. Now having the same issues with the battery on this one. It just lasted 4 months.. Definitely a huge red flaw!

Best Phone I've Ever Had

I love the way my a14 5g restarts all the time ! especially during Important phone calls. the screen brightness going dim on its own every 3 min is also a bonus! no matter if you disable all automatic dimming it will still dim the screen for you ! wifi hotspot on this phone is sure to force restart your a14 several times before it will actually work !! GOOD TIMES.!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
