Exceeded expectations!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always set a very low budget for purchasing phones, not that Samsung doesn't tempt me regularly with offerings like the S23 or their latest touch screen flip phone. I'm just to hard on phones so I refrain. The A14 has exceeded my expectations as far as what you get for your dollar. However gave it two stars as I cannot get my new A14 to reliably connect to my Bluetooth ear buds. They keep disconnecting. When that gets fixed most likely in some update just round the corner it will be the best phone I've had to date. Only to be surpassed by the next budget Samsung I'll purchase when this one gets handed down to my nephew.

Cost effective with adequate features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The A14 5G is nicely priced with adequate features.
The 5000mAh battery is fast charging with a typical span of up to 3 days between charges under moderate use. When I am using my phone continuously to stream Dolby audio over Bluetooth while web surfing and taking calls, the battery life is much shorter and can discharge in as little as 4 hours.
The phone's internal memory is 64GB and has an SDMicro card slot for additional external storage. Some apps can be moved to external storage to allow for more apps to be installed but may slow the phone down.
The screen resolution is very clear and can be brightened enough to see under sunny conditions and dimmed to spare your eyes in darkness.
The loud speaker is not very loud unless I am isolated in a room with very little ambient noise. The sound quality also has little range but is typical with shallow bass and pitchy treble. When using Bluetooth, the phone is capable of supporting Dolby ATMOS and sounds great! Phone calls are very clear but can also be difficult to hear in noisy areas. The phone supports Wi-Fi calling but has frequently dropped connection in transition between cellular use. I do not recommend using Wi-Fi calling unless on a private network with high signal strength or in areas where cellular service is very poor.
The cameras take very nice photos, and blur reduction works well for high motion images or shaky hands. I haven't taken any videos so I cannot comment on that.
Overall I am very satisfied.

A good somewhat reliable phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone was great at first because it looked way more updated than my previous Samsung phone. But that's mostly where it ended. My phone cant download alot of apps because it's a older model I guess and sometimes it can't run a app to long before it starts to get hot. I've had this phone so far for about a year and it's reliable it hasn't broken but it did crash a few times. Overall it's a just a good phone.

Not bad for price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for streaming movies listening to music taking pictures it's a really great phone I love every feature about this phone from correcting photos to the speaker when I'm listening to my music and watching movies the quality of everything this phone has to offer I have yet to be disappointed on anything that I've done with this phone and the screen on this thing is amazing it's so clear and large enough for me to do a lot of different things having two screens or two apps open at a time I love this phone

The phones have a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP main camera, a 6.6 in PLS LCD display with the 5G model running at 90Hz, and 5000 mAh Li-Po battery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] is a good phone to be honest u can take pictures from long distance which is good because I have a hard time seeing from far away. The only problem is the storage it just that I can download my favorite app like call of duty just to join my free time in class but it doesn't download because storage is too full I hardly take picture, actually all my galleries are blank there hardly any pictures because of full storage.
