Color is off, but good case

the color in person definitely does not match the picture. while the photo shows a light blush pink color, in real life i found the color to be more towards beige/champagne. case quality is otherwise good, but may want to reconsider buying this if you want a true pink case.

i got this as a freeb with my flip 4 pre-order (thanks samsung!)
pleased to find out that you can easily remove the ring, which isn't something i wanted.
fit is tight, and feels great in hand.
despite being fairly thin, i think it might actually provide some drop protection.
my only concern is with that super thin piece of silicone on top of the usb-c port. i can definitely see that breaking eventually.
a little overpriced at full msrp, but it's a really nice case for the flip 4. good job with this accessory samsung.
I would recommend this to a friend!

False Sense Of Security

just about everything is perfect with this case except the false sense of security it provides. the "key ring" feature begs you to slide your finger into it and hold the phone in your palm; like holding keys. about 2 hours ago, i was holding the phone that way along with some plastic grocery bags full of groceries. i went to set some of the bags down on the garage floor from about 12 inches and the phone came off my finger behind the groceries. the case protected all of the phone perfectly except the hinge which now has some chips on it. i can't imagine having this case for any amount of time and not ending up with some damage to the hinge. needless to say, pretty sad here :(

Good case! Bogus reviews!

I've had few cases thru the years and This is hands down best flip case. Period.
People who are complaining about it expect not to see any wear and tear, they are unreasonable, that why you buy a case.
I don't know what they expect. So silly.

this case is so so much better than the clear one i had bought. it stays on. it does attract dog and cat hair. but it's so worth it. thank you samsung for making this easy to buy through you as well.

Good case with key ring

I bought this for my Flip4 because it seemed better than the not so great hard plastic case with the ring that came with the Flip3.
It is much better!! It's sturdy and it's definitely protected my phone. I put the ring on my finger when I'm holding the phone all the time and so far so good. Another reviewer said it's not good when you're trying to put it in your pocket or taking it out and that is correct. And it also collects pet hair lol. But the function is perfect.

Dangerous! Randomly Turns Volume up to 10!

O like the look and fit of this case, but mine had a serious flaw. When it is just sitting on a table charging, it randomly turns the volume up to 10. If the volume is controlling my home stereo, the entire system turns up throughout my house. If I'm wearing headphones or earbuds, I have to tear them off before it hurts my ears. Terrible product that you should avoid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
