Surprisingly happy with case

did not like this at first. i thought it felt bulky and made the phone feel like a kid's device by burying the sleek design of the phone. but i have used it for a few days and i'm finding i prefer it to having no case. the ring is actually handy and gives me a secure way to hold the phone while using it as well as a convenient way to carry it around while it's not in use. i do agree with the other reviewer about the bit of silicone above the usb c charging port. seems extremely flimsy and i question the longevity of it. but for now it's perfect. and it was free with pre-order!

i really wanted to like this case because i love the green color. unfortunately, the two pieces that make up the case are noticeably different shades of green and its very annoying.

Unexpectedly nIce case

since this was a free case with my flip 4 pre-order, i was expecting something not well put together. i was surprised at how well this fit the phone and how comfortable it was to hold. the ring part i wasn't thrilled about but i found myself using it a lot. once i get a better feel for the right way to hold the phone, i will probably remove the ring. wireless charging and nfc payments all work through the case as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

love the ring is sturdy and easy it makes the phone to hold. the silicone feel of the case is incredibly soft and a joy to hold. i wish the rubber part covering the top of the usb-c port was hard plastic instead of flimsy, soft rubber but it is what it is. the cutout for the lock/fingerprint scanner is a perfect size as well. the case is really expensive for what it is but i like it and would recommend it.

Nice but one piece slides off.

Case looks nice and feels good in hand, but after a couple months on of the two pieces slides off and comes off too easily. It won't snap into place securely

Silicon pulls away

The silicon cover protects well but the silicon covering starts to pull away from from the plastic cover by the on/off button. Tried to fix with adhesive but won't stick.

I would not recall this case

I kept my Flip3 case on my Flip4 as long as I could, then it started rip, so I had to change it.
The Flip4 case is not a pliable as the Flip3. The covers are not connected like the Flip3, and they are continually slipping down. I'm also frequently having to push the top cover back on, or my volume buttons don't work.
I liked the design and feel of the Flip3 case much better.

The Flip3 case is better! I do not recommend!

I wrote a review earlier this week, giving this case a generous 2 stars. After using it this week, and the case sliding off continually, and the ring getting stuck trying to open the case almost every time, I've changed my review to a 1 star.
Samsung Support was nice enough to tell me I wasn't putting the case on correctly. I didn't realize that sliding half a case onto a phone was that complicated lol.
Unfortunately, Samsung won't let me edit my original review.
