I cannot say enough good things about this product! Amazingly easy to use and clean! I haven’t found a good recipe or way to air fry veggies but everything else I’ve tried is incredibly yummy!!

I have had it about 2 weeks. I have cooked French fries, Brussels Sprouts, and fresh fish. So far it's been great. Only one complaint. There should be an automatic pre heat button so you don't have to scroll down from 20 minutes to 3 minutes every time.

After reading up on air fryers and watching many videos on them I decided to purchase the Ninja. I also have purchased their coffee makers (two) and their slow cooker multi cook (two of them also). I wasn't surprised at the quality as Ninja always comes out on top. It does have an oder the first few times you use it, but it dissipates with use. I give it a 10 on a score of one to ten! You won't be sorry!
The only complaint is no broiler basket inside of this unit.

This Ninja air fryer was my best purchase in years. I hardly used my oven or deep fryer anymore. My favorite thing is chicken. No matter what piece it is, it cooks excellent in the air fryer. Wings, drumsticks, you name it. And the side order of fries are just as delicious and crispy. Not to forget my second favorite food. Steak, which comes out cooked perfectly. Well done but juicy and tender in about 8-9 minutes. And everything is much healthier as all the fat drops through the cooking grate and collects below. It knocks out the fat even better than the George Foreman grill. My cholesterol has dropped since I started cooking with the Ninja Air Fryer. It cooks everything and much faster. Just set the cooking mode (bake, broil, air fry & more) set the timer and relax. I was thinking about buying a second one to have if this one ever stops working.

I bought it a year ago. Loved it .Cooked one night, plugged it in next day and... nothing. No lights just did not work. No happy at all.

Missing Recipes and Rack

Ordered this online for store pickup. When I got notified that it was ready was excited to get my first airfryer, and a Ninja of all brands I considered. Well it's missing the wire rack and recipes book, which was very disappointed. Not sure I want to use it now!
