I received it for a gift, use it 3 times and can not get over the chemical smell it has when heated up. My French fries, tasted terrible and tried chicken it was dry, going back to my oven......

I was hoping to get this for Xmas but I didn’t so I bought it myself. I’m so happy with it. It fits right under my counter under my cabinets. All the food comes out amazing with just the right crisp and crunch. The packaging came with a handy booklet that gives u meal times and temperatures. I've had this 3 weeks now and we've used it almost every day. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is its size. It is much smaller than I thought it would be which forces me to cook in very small batched, for a rather larger family. I usually make 5 lbs of wings at a time. I'm only able to put 10 wings in at a time. They turn out delicious but I end up feeling as though I've been cooking wings all day, whereas I could pit them all on a cookie sheet and into the oven.
