I own this ninja air fryer xl and the foodi 5. I use them both i have also bought 3 more of the ninja xl for my kids. It makes unbelievable chicken wings fries and much more last night I air fried a 8lb whole chicken at 360 degrees 30 minutes on each side . There was enough drippings in the bottom of the fryer to make gravy.

Amazing concept. Poor quality

I received my ninja air fryer as a gift a little over a year ago. I used it constantly, at least 2 times per week. I used and cleaned it according to the manuals guidelines.
About a month ago it stopped working. Completely unresponsive.
I definitely got good use out of the product but am extremely dissatisfied in the short lifespan. I will not be replacing with this brand.

I got the Ninja Air Fryer Max XL for Christmas and love it but the labels are already coming off. Nice oven otherwise. Really disappointing.

Have been using it daily now, a little bit of a learning curve but getting the hang of it so much room and everything just cones out amazing. Next up getting some accessories for other cooking!

Our Ninja Max XL worked great for 14 months and 9 days. No issues, then dead. Like most ninjas, we never even got the chance to say goodbye. Of course, it didn't leave us too soon, but just outside of the warranty. I can't recommend because I believe small appliances gently used about 100 times should still work.
