This only needs a few minutes to preheat. I love the broil feature just to cook fish and sometimes a steak. I also use the broil feature just to melt cheese . After cooking a cheeseburger. The rack that is included is great for broiling. The food cooks so much faster than anything on the stove or my oven. Do hesitate to buy this. You will not regret it. This met my expectations and some. Good job Ninja!!!! Well made not flimsy.

This is my 2nd air fryer, love that this one is so quiet and cooks well. My only complaint is the basket could be a little wider. Would like to be able to cook 4 slices of bacon or 4 of anything that is large.

we got this around christmas and it was great, up until it decided to just stop working miduse. very disappointed. now i have to pay to get a new product which makes no sense.
