Ever since we bought it, we have not used our oven once. We have been using little to no oil. The book has been helpful but for the most part we have been just trial and error. See how great it is for yourself! So far we have made wings (they were better than at a restaurant), egg rolls, roasted veggies, and more!

Fries and crisps very quickly compared to other methods, and with less clean up required. So convenient to use when you want something heated or cooled fast. I found that it took much less time than the recommended mentioned in the booklet to fry/crisp frozen foods. Something definitely worth getting if you want to eat healthier; the same foods with little to no oil and save time!
