I love this blender-food processor! Only problem is 2nd time I used food processor it did not work. I had to send back to Cusinart under warranty so am without blender- food processor for 6 weeks. I’m not too happy about that. We’ll see what happens next.

The piece in the base of the blender broke off within a month or two of using it. Tried to order a replacement part but the base does not come apart. Ended up just buying a different brand blender.

Product broke after just 6 months of use and I have had a terrible time trying to get it repaired with the warranty department. It took almost four weeks just to get the shipping label emailed to me so I could send the blender back, and I have been told it will take 4-6 weeks for the repair. Not worth the money or the wait.

I gave this Cuisinart blender just a three because every time i made a shake with frozen fruit the blade would come loose. I returned the first one only to receive another one doing the same thing. Very, very disappointed as i thought Cuisinart was a durable and good product.
