I received both the replacement cup and blade. My issue is I used it and put on the lid to drink out of and that is stuck... was hard getting the blade off but now seems I can not use the trail cup or lid again.

Processor sounds like it's ready to die. Motor has a hard time starting. It appears as though the processor blades are binding up.

I bought a new Velocity Ultra Trio Blender/Food Processor, to replace the one I bought and used extensively over the last 4 years. I love that this is two appliances in one which is a space saver, and also use the separate blender cups to make smoothies. The food processor has a feed tube for emulsifying oil (such as in making pesto), a feature that was lacking in a competitive brand. I use this appliance multiple times a week, often on a daily basis, so perhaps 4 years is a decent life and I'm pleased that I could purchase it again since, after checking, no other brand fit my needs.

It worked great for the first week and then the motor went out. We did use the machine everyday to make smoothies, but shouldn’t it last longer than 1 week? We’ve decided to try another brand. I think there’s just too many components to this machine. I was used to something very basic and this just didn’t fit our family. If it hadn’t stopped working, I’m sure we would have kept it.
