I bought this blender and the travel cup lids will not come off and I can’t get the blender canister off of the base blade. This product is brand new and I can’t use the travel cups which is one of the main reasons I bought it. I would not recommend.

Love the blender! I am disappointed with the lids to the travel cups. We received 2 travel cups, one already had the lid on and one did not. Neither my husband or I are able to remove the lid on the travel cup. We put the other lid on as well and are now unable to remove that one either. We did receive a new travel cup and lid from the company, but I am afraid to use it as I don't think I will be able to remove their either. Please redesign! The food processor could be handy, but really small to use for much.

Seems like tou have to handle with kid gloves as to not break it. Inkove that it is an all in one that does a lot of different things. That abd brand recognition was the readon for my purchase.

I love the Ultra Trio 1 HP Blender/Food Processor with Travel CupsI is very functional, and practical; I don’t need to have one appliance for each of the functions, all is in there the blender, the food processor and when doing small portions the personal blender. It really gives me an excuse to cook just for the sake of using it.
