It worked great for the first week and then the motor went out. We did use the machine everyday to make smoothies, but shouldn’t it last longer than 1 week? We’ve decided to try another brand. I think there’s just too many components to this machine. I was used to something very basic and this just didn’t fit our family. If it hadn’t stopped working, I’m sure we would have kept it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really enjoyed it until it broke within the first 3 months. :( Currently going through the warranty process that takes 3-6 weeks, which is a bit inconvenient. I ended up buying an immersion blender to hold me over until I can get my repaired part back.

I really like the blender/food processor with travel cups. However the blender moves when in opperation, so I have to hold onto it tight to keep it from bouncing all over the counter.

I got this blender because the previous one I had didn't blend for smoothie bowls very well. The blender purchase came with all the other accessories and I didn't realize how much I would use them! Every morning my kids want smoothies in the smoothie cups for breakfast on the go and the processor attachment helped me get rid of another small appliance I don't need anymore.

I’ve used the blender 3 times since purchasing. All 3 times the base starts out nice & tight & loosens while blending - causing liquid to drain onto counter
