Out of Ink- can't buy it anywhere. Printer is useless. Shopping for a different brand.

Oh Brother, that was easy!

So simple: no wiping the heads, getting ink on me, aligning the cartridge routine, opening the top of the machine and waiting for the carriage to go to the end, none of the steps involved like my old printer from another company. I simply opened the ink door, swapped out the cartridges and starting printing. I did not even need instructions.

I really enjoy this printer, but not being able to locate black ink has driven me to purchasing a different printer. Are there any alternative cartridges that can be used?
