Very simple to set up

My husband bought me this camera for Christmas last year so this is my first year using it, the only FAULT I have is when I’m at WORK my camera goes off and I see what I’m MISSING but at least their still coming tyvvvvvm
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great cameras but difficult if there’s an issue

Love the cameras but is very difficult if you have a camera that has an issue. Spent about 3 weeks not consistent but on phone or via chat to get camera fixed went through all there steps 5or 6 times and finally they are sending me a new camera! But they should have all the time documented so they don’t make you go through same steps over and over. But did finally get it resolved.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Garbage

Water ingress, video is 3 pics, support sucks, and the worst is that it just stops transmission of photos. I suspect that this company is saving money on their cell plan but it’s cool for us to pay the unlimited plan and get nothing. Oh it’s tough to tell whether it’s a buck or doe since the quality sucks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible cameras

Don't do it. I've had 1 camera 2 months or so, grainy, half time it won't work, other times it does, 35% of the time it takes black photos and I've reached out, no one is any help what so ever, so the camera is now in my woods going to get shot next time I go out. I bought a new camera new brand and it's amazing. There solution every time is get the camera, put it in a dark room and take a Pic, ok... it worked now what? Looks like it works you're good, no I'm not good, I've told these fools it works half time... etc, it's in my camera roll you can see the issues but none of them will look at the camera roll. I canceled the monthly plan finally after I was hunting and watching this crap miss pictures for over a hour on the highest settings. Lol just trash
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Camera

I’ve had 2 years now and only complaint is both SPYPOINT SD cards failed. The ones complaining about battery life I have no clue why I use 8 Amazon Basic batteries and they last couple months and takes literally thousands of photos in freezing temperatures.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Satisfied with initial setup

Initial setup for two at our camp was super easy. Battery life has been very good with Lithium batteries. However, the GPS location of camera locations are not accurate and do not work for long durations, and no matter how much I try to minimize the activity level they randomly take photos to the point of exceeding the 250 each per month by the second or third week of the month. When someone or something does actually activate it the image now doesn't show up till days afterwards or not at all in an area with a strong signal. I was happy from the get go but as time goes on within this past year of purchasing, they are getting way less reliable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
