Only worked for a month

I purchased this camera as a gift for my husband in April... it worked for about 2 months and now will not turn on. Have tried multiple times to get assistance through their chat and has not been helpful. Randomly being disconnected from the chats and being sent parts I can't even try because the camera will not power on. They need to just honor their warranty and send a new camera but can't seem to keep anyone on the chat long enough to get what I need.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought these cameras and the ease of use is amazing just put your micro sd chip in and the camera does all the wrk and updates no need to do any computer downloads

This is the first 4G camera that I have used the setup was great and easy to follow. Using the APP has also been very easy. I bought multiple cameras and I wish there was some type of discount plans for multiple cameras. But other than that I am very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend SPYPOINT.

Awesome Camera!

Recently purchase the Flex-Dark to replace a Link Micro and am I glad I did. Picture quality is outstanding, lightening fast and I absolutely love the ability to to update the firmware right trhough the APP! That is Awesome!

Bought 2 Flex-M’s a couple weeks ago and everything about them is just frustrating. Even when it says the connection is at 100% they sometimes send you the pictures immediately and other times takes multiple hours. That camera was setup a couple 100 yards from my house. Another camera is about a 30 minute drive and sometimes takes a day to send the pictures. Most of the “good” reviews has them setup in the middle of a field but if you set them up in the woods it hardly takes pictures. Even if it took a picture, the animal was already out of view. Still haven’t gotten a single picture of a night time deer and I find that hard to believe. I put feed out and had 0 pictures of animals even though everything was eaten. Even if you get a decent picture of the animal, the quality in the picture is terrible as well. I just find everything about the camera unreliable and not for someone really trying to see what is exactly in their area. Wouldn’t recommend.
