Worst Game cam company

I've had multiple Spypoint cameras and each ones demise started with not connecting and transmitting photos. Each time I was given the round about from the "Advisors'. Now I'm being told that my camera was activated in 2023 when the camera didn't even launch till 2024?? I'm extremely disappointed that I wasn't helped and offered a replacement. Was always told it's the firmware... It's unfortunate because some of us like myself saves every penny just to purchase the camera and photo plan. My family depends on the meat and having the cameras help tremendously. Disappointed I wasnt helped and treated like a customer that the future of the company depends on.. Because I am. We ALL are..

Amazing quality cam at an even more amazing price

I’ve been running this cam for a few weeks now and love everything about it so far. Videos are great, photos are clear, and so far the batteries are doing good. Of course I can’t give you a full detail on battery life yet but it seems to be doing good. For a camera offering photos, videos with sound, and dual carrier reception, I don’t think you can beat this camera, especially at this price range !!!! The flash range and detection are excellent and even though I have it installed in an area with relatively low cell reception, there have been no delays on photo or video transmissions. Setup and installation is super easy as with all Spypoint cams. I will be purchasing more very soon.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Flex-M a great addition to the Flex Series!

I received this Camera a few weeks ago n put it to work right away as we were turkey hunting n needed to pattern the turkeys to see if they were using a certain roost. I love my original Flex the picture quality on Stills and video and this Flex M is even better with 28 megapixels and 720 P videos with sound. It’s so easy to setup up to!! It also has a test button so you can make sure it’s the right angle before you leave the bush. I even brought it up to Timmins to put out at bear baits where I have cell service.. I just did that today so I can’t wait until a bear finds it and to see the pictures n videos!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy setup

The app and connection was a breeze. The picture quality is sub par to say the least. There is an option to pay extra for a few HD photos but the cost of counting tines is not worth the price. This is the premise of a game camera so I’ll more than likely find a different brand next year unless they change some settings.

Great camera!

I bought this to use near my property. Cell phone range is great. Photo quality is good. Could improve.
I do find that shadows set off the camera off. I have it on Low sensitivity and still get photos of shadows in trail.
I would recommend this to a friend!

didnt even last a year.

bought about sept of last year and took them out before jan. when i went to put them back out this year they show like they are dead with fresh batteries in them. Me and my dad bought a bunch of these cameras but they dont seem to last more then a year or two.

Barely Works and No Plan Changes on App

I really wanted these cameras to work, but they don't. Seems like you need to reboot them every 10 days or so. That is about as long as it would send photos. Thought maybe the plan so I joined the Insiders club and upgraded the plan on my cameras. Same results. Today I tried to back off the plans to basic even though it's been over a month since any camera has sent me a photo. They changed software and you can't use the app to change plans. There is a many step process that includes not logging in for some steps and logging in for others- Really? So out of touch with current ease of use expectations. I cancelled all but no refunds for a service that has not provided a photo in over a month.
