This slicer is pretty! The blade is very sharp and thin. Use this knife for thin cuts of meat, or slicing melons and vegetables. Also it’s a fantastic Sushi knife!

Get the thinnest slices

This slicer has a very thin blade and a very small edge angle which makes it crazy sharp and ideal for slicing through a turkey, roast or ham. Be prepared to get slices so thin you can almost see through them. The FC61 steel is extremely durable and chip resistant. The handle is very unique and fits perfectly in the palm of your hand.

This Miyabi-Koh slicing knife is great for meats, yet also for other foods that need slicing. The Miyabi knives and also the Koh series are super-sharp, long lasting and durable knives for any home. No kitchen is complete without at least 1 or two of these artisan-made Japanese/German-steel knives!

This slicer moves through any meat like a dream. Its made from FC61 steel, one of the toughest steels around. It is corrosion and chip resistant. The extra length in the knife is perfect for the the big holiday roasts and turkeys.

A slicing knife is often for special occasions when you've made a nice roast or even for birthday cakes so if it's a special time to slice why not choose a knife that is special too. This gorgeous Miyabi Koh will glide through anything effortlessly and look the part with its mirror polished blade and pakkawood handle. The FC61 steel core will retain it's sharp edge and because of the patented ice hardening process it will resist chipping and cracking.
