Makes great hot coffee. It is easy to clean. I gave it 4 stars because I wish it came with a reusable filter. I did find one online. I would recommend it because I like the interior stainless steel and nice outside design.

Made great coffee for about a year. Then it died - disappointing. We went back to percolating our coffee on the stove.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love our presto percolator.Best smoothest and not bitter coffee. We have the black cordless model( actually have 2) . Recommending this is a no-brainer.

Needs a view window

We have two of these.....one at home, one at a vacation home. Love the ease of use/cleaning. Makes a good batch of coffee. I wish there was a clear viewing window up the side of the pot so you can monitor how much coffee is left in the pot.

What's Not to Like?!!!

I bought this coffee pot a year ago and it has absolutely changed the game. I grind my own coffee and I grind it coarse, and it works just fine...no filters and the flavor is stupendous!!! It is stainless steel throughout and unlike the nasty, bitter tasting drip coffee pots, you can clean every part of this percolator... hands down the best coffee pot I have ever purchased.

Had a stainless steel percolator for 10plus years until it stopped working and I was ready for a new one. I did all kinds of shopping for coffee makers. I looked at drip coffee, espresso machines,...you name it but I came back to what I know works and what I love.
