I have owned the product for 3 years now and it's a dream.. a person needs to have a ok understanding of computers to use this to its fullest extend but it's worth every penny..
I use this causally not a daily driver for me

This is a nice computer for small businesses. The printing from PC's is a bit delayed, as well as copying, but good. Faxing and scanning features are great. Overall, has worked out good for us.

the color (red) is not working. we've changed the cartridge and it's still not printing in red.

Great Light Commercial copier scanner

Great personal or small office copier/scanner. We had 2 of these in our HOA office for over 6 years and never had issues. Ink cartridges last a long time and not too expensive to replace. Unfortunately we had to finally replace as repair was too expensive and with past success we purchased again.

Outstanding Printer

For the past few years I have used this printer along with an HP 479. Both did everything I asked of them. The Brother printer has the unique ability to scan an ID both front and back and put on a single piece of paper. The only issue I have had is that the paper supply drawers do not accept envelopes.
