The initial delay before the first sheet is I purchased the color laser printer recently. The printed product is clear and crisp.
The initial delay before the printer awakens is unexpectedly long, and an annoyance.

Poor print quality

From the first day that I got the printer the print quality was bad. I spent several hours on the phone with technicians to debug the problem. Eventually I was sent a new black toner cartridge. It has improved the print quality for now.
