Every feature of this printer is excellent. I love the ability to scan and print (copy) two-sided documents in high volume! The quality of the print is so clear and detailed that I can't see the difference between the copy and the original. I like this printer so much that I even bought one to put in my home.

Easy to use

A coworker's dept had this printer and when I needed a new one, I decided to get this printer. Well, overall I am pleased with the printer. I was NOT pleased that after 4 months, the drum needed to be replaced and I had to spend HOURS on the phone with the company to determine the problem. The problem was misdiagnosed the first time and then spent another couple of hours on the phone a 2nd time to determine the drum needed to be replaced. I think my biggest complaint would be that both times I was told the replacement part would be shipped overnight and it was multiple days before it was received.

I like this printer. I also liked my last Brother printer, which was an injet. But that one had a lot of paper jams. I have had the 8900 for a couple of months and no jams yet. Print quality good.
