good features and value

It would be very helpful if there was a way to print when the machine is asking for a new cartridge. ie. gray scale or print with lesser quality until cartridge is replaced. This unit is new to us so did I miss such a work around?

Good printer

Good quality printing, pretty easy to set up. Toner Cartridges seem to be lasting a long time, but are a little expensive when replacing (more economical than inkjet printing though). The one thing that is missing is a port for a printer cable.

This a great printer. I do some pretty large jobs, and it handles them all very well. Scanning is a breeze. Unlike other printers I have had with problems like paper jams, disconnecting from Wifi, etc., I have had zero such issues with this printer.

This is the third or fourth printer we have bought. We moved up from the inkjet to laser. We don't use fax these days but have used almost every other feature of this and love how simple it is to scan both sides of a document at the same time, and also the automatic printing (duplex) of multiple pages. We aren't a heavy user so don't know how longevity will be but our last one was well over 8 years old and was still going strong so I expect this will do the same if not even more so! I don't know that this printer is missing any features I could want in the future so I hope it is the last one I need to buy.

This printer is very reliable I use it for business and my son is a school teacher and we both share it. He prints in color and the quality is unbelievable it is so good.

Love my new printer!

So happy I purchased this printer. It has so many features that I find useful and helpful. It has been a real work horse, especially with tax season approaching and the fact that I am in the process of refinancing my home with all the paperwork involved with that.

loved it until it kept disconnecting

We have had this printer for a few years. it has been great until it started disconnecting from our main office computer. We have had to pay 2-3 times to get it rerouted.

Overall great printer

This printed does everything you ask of it The only downside and it's a very small one is that it takes a little longer than other printers to formulate the page but once it gets going it goes.
