Setup and overall Prepping \ Testing connectivity easily accomplished due to the Touch Screen:
We were pleasantly surprised with all of the Plus's and overall speed. The Scan single and dual sided scan is Excellent. The Print single and Duplex speed is more than adequate. Expand-ability for a second Tray is a huge plus as is the Ethernet RJ45 connection.

Dependable Printer!

It has been a great printer for our office. We have had HP printers for many years and they seemed to stop working making it very difficult to be productive. As a non-profit, we would have to wait to replace them. So far, this printer is working great!

This printer has been easy to use and has nice features. I like that it has an easy slide out for toner change outs. The paper tray could have a larger capacity but 250 sheets is decent. I wish toner refills were cheaper.

Great! 2nd Brother

2nd Brother in six years. Gave our older one (six ic years to my parents). It’s still working fine. This 8900 model is faster and better. I do a lot of FTP server scanning to my PC and it takes less steps now. I like the bigger screen snd it is easier to use.

Great product but kinda technie

I bit on the techie for the typical home user. I had to hire an IT guy to network it and the fax feature. I worked on it myself for 2days and couldn’t figure it out. However, it’s cookin now.

Does everything my small business needs

This printer can do almost everything. It prints both black and color, letter and legal size paper, single and double sided, glossy paper, thicker business card paper, and envelopes.
