Excellent machine for the price

Overall this is a wonderful machine for home or small office use. I've had for a few years and the only issues I've had are periodic toner leaks (using OEM toner) and periodic losing wireless connections (is addressed when I remove printer and reinstall). This may be due to either updates from Windows or the updates to printer SW.

Ease of Use

I am pretty busy at present with all that is going on. I brought the printer and I knew it was a little more than I needed, but it has been perfect with the ease of setup and the reliability. I really did not have time for things not to work. I put the printer on to the network and every device in my house can print to it no problem and with the large paper tray I just forget about it. Great Printer

best workhorse printer for the money!

This printer has done everything I need it to do absolutely flawlessly - I've not had difficulty with misfeeds, jamming, etc. Everything about this is fantastic - and because it's a laser, I don't have to worry about the ink drying! (being in a very arid state, this is HUGE)

Ordered this machine to replace an inkjet all-in-one that was having quality issues after a short service life. Very impressive quality and lots and lots of features. We have it configured at the house so we can use any of our various devices, including phones, to print. I particularly love the ability it has to duplex copies. Output is sharp.and even the color pops! Very happy with this small investment and hoping we get years of service compared to replacing our inkjets every other year.

Fits my office needs

I purchased my unit several months ago and I couldn't be happier with it. I print several hundred pages a week and I have not experienced any issues at all. I am happy with how fast it prints, scans and is durability. I firmly believe that I will get my money's worth from this machine.
