Love the Machine!!!

We purchased this machine during COVID to get our business work done from home with the professionalism and speed of being at the office. We love the machine and it quickly became part of the family. We highly recommend this purchase. Once it is installed all you do is work!

I have a business I'm running from home because of Covid-19. The Brother Printer handles everything I need. Great that it does color as well as black and white and its speed is more than adequate for my needs. Very satisfied.

Bought it to replace a HP that finally died. The HP would occasionally stop printing and would require me to reboot my computer and printer. So far, no issues with the Brother. Works great, but a little slow for the first or single page to print. Otherwise it's great!!

Purchased new 7-9-20 less than 90 days it craped

90 days after purchase the printer crapped out . You sent me a refurb unit. Not only did I have to go through the torture of setting up the refurb. I feel like I got screwed by Brother. Paid for new lasted less than 3 months I had to buy a new HP & ink 600.00 that I didn’t need. Needed a printer until the reverb showed up Tell me how you would feel. ?????

Perfectly Splendid

Our office was struggling with an HP computer than could NOT seem to handle being on multiple computers and used very frequently. We had our office IT team and a hired professional take a look at the machine and nothing worked. I researched brother printer and found this gem. I bought it same day and the install was perfectly splendid. We have had NO issues since that day and even efficiency has improved.

Have had many issues, for example, it will say it needs paper but it is actually full. There is a major delay between clicking print and it actually printing. We upgraded from a brother to this brother printer thinking it would be an improvement but that just isn't the case unfortunatly.
