I've owned/recommended many Brother printing products over the years. The quality and features of the MFC-8900CDW have not disappointed. Happy to see that the focus on quality has continued.

I've used an MFC-9840CDW for years and recently moved to the MFC-L8900CDW. It was realtively easy to set up as it is similar to the 9840.

So Far, So Good.....

This Printer/Scanner/Copier has performed flawlessly in these first 4-months of use. The color copies have been consistent and the machine has been easy to use. I'm a little terrified of the expense of replacing the ink cartridges, but the machine has been great!

Faxing, copying, printing. As advertised, and with great quality. I bought this on a whim because the price was right, wondering if it would deliver the goods. Exceeded my expectations!

Have one at work so I bought one for home. The one at work is great but the one at home has a paper jam problem.I am using the same paper with both of them.

Hi Troy, I am glad to hear one of the printer is working great. However, the one at your home is experiencing paper jam problems. Cleaning the paper pick-up rollers periodically may prevent paper jams. Fast, Efficient, Worth Every Penny

I have been buying Brother laser printers for home and 3 offices for 10 years and love the efficiency of Brother. THIS is by far the best printer I have owned for my small business - it is super fast and efficient and the print quality is spot on. I've owned several other multi-function laser's by Brother and this one exceeds all my expectations. Pros: Duplex scan, easy set up, speed of printing (single or duplex), customized buttons (we have one set to double side scan via email to Office Manager and use this daily, saves time choosing these options), runs quiet. Cons: None, owned for 3 months and no glitches.

Awesome Printer

Extremely happy with printer. Can't believe I didn't switch sooner. Toner lasts forever and prints extremely fast. Greatest feature for me is scanning. Scan is complete and on my computer before I can even sit back down at my desk and printer is only 6" from desk.
