Perfect Printer for a Small Office

This Brother machine has been a great upgrade for our office. The scanning quality is high and the print quality is good. It can be a little slower than we had anticipated, but overall we've been really satistfied

Ordered the second tray with the copier; I've been very pleased with the ease of set up and the full range of copying and scanning this device allows.

We were hoping for a printer like this that would print in color for the office, but be a more reasonable price with larger ink cartriges. So it is working well.

Love the printer. Was partial to another company and was loyal due to their product but wanted to see how the Brother printer worked. So far. So much better than other competitors. Concerns would be that the touch screen is not very responsive and the first page to print is the slowest of any of the printers I've previously used in the same category of functionality.

Great copier for a small business

We replaced the MFC 9970 with this copier and are very happy with it. We have had many Brother machines over the years and we keep coming back.

Solid machine for our small business needs

This multifunction device allows for extremely easy use, great image quality, fast scanning, and just overall solid function for all of our small business needs. Both the color and black and white images look great.
