Great Customer Support

Alan professionally and patiently assisted in connecting the printer to a PC and Apple. Without his help in connecting the printer to the network so it could be used by all computers on the network I would have returned the product. Customer support is fantastic.

Ours is very light use but wanted the features of duplex an scanning. It prints well and quickly. Quality of print excellent.
Drawbacks: the scanning to file is cumbersome going to the Brother Control Center and sometimes it does not work. Scanning to email does not work.

A depth of capabilities

The Brother MFC-L8900CDW has performed well straight out of the box. Set-up was relatively easy and installing software was step-by-step with a variety of option for the purpose of personalizing (this may be daunting if you are unsure what you want to do with the machine).
I would recommend this to a friend!
