Still the Best

This is my third Brother all-in-one. It's not that anything was wrong with any one of them. I just upgrade from time to time. Brother machines are rock solid. They just work. When a consumable is exhausted, just pop another in; and it's like buying a new machine. I recommend only Brother to friends, family, and associates.

I really enjoy the brother product line up. I had purchased a brother MFC8860DN 10 years ago and I still use it. The reason I purchased a new one was that I needed one with WIFI so others in the office can use it So far, I am very pleased with it.

Quick and Efficient

Great printer that does the job quickly, but when you print double sided the second side is upside down and the only way to fix it is to make it upside down on the computer and then its the correct way when printed.

It' an OK printer

The printer works well and the software for scanning is very good. It is a bit louder than what I expected but still tolerable. My biggest complaint is the duplex printing. I can't seem to find a way to print on both sides so when you turn the page it's right side up. i.e. flip on long side. You have to flip the page top to bottom for it to be right side up. Not very useful for my needs.

Hi Janet, We are excited to hear that you love the machine. However, you are experiencing an issue with the duplex scanning feature for this machine. I'll be more than happy to assist you. When using the automatic 2-sided scanning, you must use the ADF, not the flatbed scanner glass. Also select long-edge binding or short-edge binding option depending on the layout out of your original. I hope this helps.
