Good printer with bad software

Software installed almost properly for my machine, but I have to use WIFI not LAN. Almost nothing installed properly on my assistance machine. It just sucks to have a great multi-function printer we can't fully use hardly any function. We didn't have this problem before with Brother.

Our new MFC l 8900 CDW came with a warped paper drawer and it is therefore not functional. I talked with Brother 2.5 weeks ago and they said they would ship a new replacement out immediately. 2.5 weeks later no printer yet. so now what??? The things is I bought two of them and I was contemplating buying a third.

HAD UNIT FOR LESS THAN THREE MONTHS AND HAD TO BE REPAIRED. HAD TO WAIT APPROXIMATELY 3 WEEKS FOR TRANSMISSION TO BE SENT TO REPAIR SHOP BEFORE WE RECEIVED THE UNIT IN WORKING CONDITIONS.

Terrible product

This printer causes more headaches and frustration than it does printed pages. It refuses to stay connected to our network. Our old Brother printer lasted years and we loved it! After this printer, bye-bye Brother! This thing is terrible!

Piece of junk

purchased this printer just over four months ago and have had nothing but problems out of it. One issue after another and now won't do anything except say the paper tray is empty when the tray is full. I'm sick of fooling with and will never buy another Brother product. I gave it one star because there isn't a zero

GARBAGE. WILL NEVER PURCHASE BROTHER AGAIN

I've owned this printer for almost a year. It is the worst printer ever. The printer will not print if one of the toner cartridges are empty. Even if you don't use the color toners. The ADF constantly jams and tears the papers apart no matter how hard you try to put them into the feeder evenly. Now it won't recognize the new toner I've just tried to replace. I have purchased and recommended Brother products for over a decade. I will now discourage anyone from purchasing their piece of junk products ever again. What a waste of money and time.
