I was able to find a place to buy the second lower tray and it actually attached right into palce really easy. Its nice because I have two paper sizes. And uit does work well. Maybe a little loud but good for the price.

It wasnt exactly plug & play and every so often the wireless needs to be re-initialized, but it engages and provides the printout within a comfortable lag time, and because it's pretty new, the quality is good enough for day to day color. Envelopes get crinkled, so we use another printer for envelopes, but it's not a bad printer.

This printer has performed beyond my expectations!!!! It is lighting fast and the copies are of excellent quality. And, it looks real good. However, IT IS BIG AND HEAVY! It weighs a ton! LOL! That said, I am so glad I purchased this printer. It is a keeper for sure!

Nothing but problems

I set my printer up, ran the first print job and there's a nice black mess printing down the side of the pages. I tried faxing and it cancelled the job giving an error of not enough memory. I need to print legal and letter size pages, collating, on the same doc but it's printing all on the same size, even though I submit the job to print according to the original size. Not a great first day with this machine.

A good choice

I have used it for about four months now. It is so far trouble free and print quality is good and the original cartridges still work after a few hundred prints. Overall, I am a happy customer.

I have tried all features that I can utilize at my home. It was easy to set up and is easy to use. We are low volume printers so it is especially nice that my ink is not clogged or dried up like our old printer - this prints whenever I choose to print!
