This little printer replaced a much larger, much noisier, and less reliable, multi-function, printer/scanner/copier combo.
We love it! It was very easy to set up, my wife can print wirelessly from her devices all around the house, and it always wakes up to print! And it produces quality prints using both sides of the paper.
We appreciate the small footprint and how quiet it is when printing. This is a great little printer.

Much better then HP

Switched from HP to Brother. I should have done this years ago. A much more robust machine that works everytime, even if it has been a month since the last print. Wifi printing is very convenient. Would absolutely recommend over HP products.

Great color laser printer

I am really enjoying this Brother color laser printer. The footprint is smaller than my previous laser printer. It was very easy to set-up. I am not all that tech savvy and was apprehensive about the set-up process. It flawlessly connected to my WiFi. It prints beautifully. I would recommend this printer to everyone and would buy it again,

All round good value

I only have one problem with this printer and it's picking up the printed sheet(s) from the paper exit. There is a small indentation to aid this but, for me, it just isn't big enough. Minor complaint about a very good printer, colours are good, speed is good all round good printer for the money.

Great...until the memory is insufficient.

I bought this to replace my old Brother black and white laser printer since I needed to print color labels from Canva. Well, I regret this decision now. 1. Setting up the machine was not easy. Although it was not a complete nightmare, the process was not enjoyable. I had to delete and then re-install the printer. 2. Now the bigger issue at hand: the memory...or lack thereof. After printing TEN (10) color labels from Canva, the printer has "insufficient memory." I have completed every "clear the cache" trick EXCEPT a factory reset. Nothing has worked. Nothing. And I fear performing a factory reset since I had such difficulties setting the printer up in the first place. Why do I have to perform a factory reset after printing a paltry amount of pages? Is this going to be my future? Resetting the printer after ten pages? SOOOOOOO inconvenient. After reading the reviews about the toner cartridges (cost and changing), I am seriously regretting this purchase. I wish I had kept the box so I could return it. The only reason I gave a 2-star rating and not a 1-star is the color is vibrant (when I could print pages and not receive the "insufficient memory" error).
