No scan or photocopy?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The printer is nice. Easy to set up on your phone. Prints well like most other people have mentioned. However, i was surprised that there was no option to scan or photocopy. As a printer made for businesses i think this should've had these options. The company in no way advertises scanning or photocopy so its not the company's fault. I was just disappointed to not see those options. Otherwise the product itself looks to be of great quality. Ive had it for a month. I was sent this product for free in exchange for an honest opinion.

Fast printing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer prints fast, easy connection, it is great for almost everything I need. I still have to use my other printer/copier since this doesn’t have a copier for scanning in and duplications. However over all a great printer for our small business!

Bought 2 new printer for my business and both units stopped picking up papers from the trays, never recommend this product

Time to replace my Boat Anchor

I always hoped the day would come when I could replace my 20-year-old Konica Minolta 4650 printer with a newer technology printer with more features.
I now have a faster printer with 2 Legal trays and 1 Letter tray and will be happy for the rest of my retired life

No help and I'm stuck

I had assistance with Brother's back office loading the set up and installing the driver. The second drawer has never been recognized and can't go work as a notary without it. No luck getting assistance with this problem. Online directions are clearer, however, drop down doesn't provide the choice that's recommended. I'm stuck.

Brother HL-L7210DW

I have had other Brother Printers that were much better. HLL6210DW is having an issue with leaving streaks when it’s new.
