This chart is put together very well and has really helped me with starting a routine. As someone that is just getting into the fitness lifestyle it was nice to have some basic instruction on focusing on areas of the body where as before I was just doing random exercises. I would definitely recommend this to anyone trying to form a habit of exercise, and the appearance also adds a good vibe to your workout area. My only complaint is that it comes folded in an envelope instead of rolled up in a tube.

The graphics on this poster are what I was looking for, but the paper stock is cheap, and the poster comes folded rather than rolled on a tube.
Upon unfolding the poster two edges tore, even though I opened it carefully.
For the price of this poster, the paper quality shouldn't be so flimsy.
