I have an older exercise chart from when I bought my total gym in 2006. I was hoping for some of the exercises seen on the commercials but got a repeat of the same ones I had, just with a new look. The chart is good color, not laminated which a lot of buyers marked as a negative. I love the total gym , it is an awesome , well made exercise machine. A must for everyone!
