Although this 4 star 8in Chefs knife is for my own kitchen. I look forward to other purchases for I am a Chef. I love it's light weight feel. The handle fits comfortably in my hand. The blade itself is thick but is sharp and strong. Excited for more!!

This knife is beautiful. Not too heavy as it may look, so it’s easy to cut with and use. It’s my new favorite for prepping my vegetables and meats in the kitchen.

I received my Chefs knife and used it that same day. To say I was impressed is an understatement. It was well balanced, sharper than any knife I’ve ever used and very well made. It also fits my hand perfectly. The craftsmanship is so good that I can see this lasting a very long time. I am definitely going to be purchasing more Zwilling knives!
