This is a beautiful knife that fits perfectly in my hand and cuts wonderfully. I have used it for veggies - what it is made for, but also cheated and used it as a butcher knife - it is so sharp it will do just about anything.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best knife in my kitchen

I have never owned a knife as good as this. It feels great in my hand and has cut through vegetables and anything I have used it on with ease. This is my first Zwilling Four Star knife, but I have already ordered a 3 inch paring knife and the 5 1/2 inch prep knife.

New chef’s knife

Have had a full set of knives for 20 + years and unfortunately it slipped out of my hands while carving a prime rib roast , landed on its point and broke the blade in half. Was devastated and had to have a new one.

Quality Chef's Knife

Very nice and sharp out of the box - I have not had it for a long period of time, but the quality is outstanding. Only time will tell on longevity, but this is on par with several other knives I own. Ergonomic handle and balance are very nice. I believe this will be my go-to blade for prep. Blade is thin and weight is fantastic; durability is an unknown but a quality knife for sure.
