I have been thoroughly impressed by this knife. It is by far the sharpest one I own and since buying it in February (it is now October), the blade has retained is sharpness.

I have owned my 8inch 4star chef knife since 2001 it gets daily use and is well maintained. It takes and edge and keeps an edge very well.

Love the chef's knife

Love using the chef's knife. It's sharp and makes cutting vegetables easy. The handle is very easy to hold and tha balance of the knife is great. It is very comfortable to use and I reach for this knife for everything.
