Have owned several Zwilling knives and they have endured and consistently been the knives I go back to because they feel good to use and are great quality for the price.

I’ve been using the knife and have been careful to clean it by hand immediately after use, but it appears to retain water drop stains I can’t rub away. Also, it’s a little hefty for me .. probably should have gotten the 7”

Light Weight, yet Sturdy
